Quality Hotel Expo is looking for - Housekeeping Assistant Manager

In the position of assistant housekeeper, you will have a key role in ensuring smooth operation of our cleaning department, with the aim of ensuring that all our guests have a pleasant hotel stay. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that all our guests get a good first impression of the hotel's facilities.

Your work tasks will consist of

• daily cleaning of our hotel rooms, conference rooms, common areas and restaurants
• inspire and engage the team to give their best at work, every day
• help with the training of new colleagues in the team
• inspecting rooms, and giving continuous feedback to your fellow colleagues
• assist housekeeper with ordering goods, roster and other administrative tasks as required

Me imagines that you

• has great work capacity, and loves a fast pace
• is quality-focused, and has an eye for detail
• has experience in cleaning, preferably from a hotel
• is a person who is happy to collaborate, and who takes full ownership of the guest's total experience
• If you can speak English well both orally and in writing, and preferably also Norwegian
